Food and drink

Only personal water bottles allowed at the studio. No food, non-water liquids, open cans, or glass. We will also be pausing the sale of bottled water during the ongoing virus risk.

Zero-tolerance Behavior

Vega Dance+Lab will not tolerate any racist, sexist, or homophobic words or actions. This studio is a sanctuary for all of earth’s humans and we need people to feel safe here. Anyone deemed as behaving or speaking in a manner that is not in line with our core values and beliefs will be asked to leave the building immediately.

Personal Property:

Vega Dance+Lab is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items that you bring with you while you attend class. It is your responsibility to manage your own possessions and their whereabouts.

Terms and Conditions

  • Vega Dance+Lab offers a discount on the single class fee for those of you purchasing classes in package format. The larger the class package, the higher the discount on the single class rate.
  • This discounted pricing is IN EXCHANGE for agreeing to use the package within the specified time (30 days, 60 days, 6 months, or 12 months) of the package you choose.
  • The expiration period will only begin ticking on the date the first class on the package has been used.
  • Be realistic on how many classes you can use within the timeframe and purchase accordingly, in order to avoid expired classes.
  • We understand that life happens though! Due to extenuating circumstances, you may need to ask us to extend the expiration date for you, and we will absolutely do that on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly so we can assist you in a time of need.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Extenuating circumstances - We may give refunds on unused class packages, depending on your circumstances.
  • Once a package has been activated (a class/classes have been used), we can give credit toward a different purchase, or unused classes that have not expired may also be transferred to another student, on a case-by-case basis.

Auto-Pay Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly membership fee at any time. Please send your request to cancel to studio@vegadancelab.com.

While we try to be available via phone as much as we can, email is actually the quickest and most efficient method to cancel.
