Due to limited class capacity, each dancer must now register for their desired class in advance and online, using our website or MindBody app. Calling, leaving voicemails, or sending emails will not reserve you a spot. This will ensure that hordes of you gorgeous people don’t swarm the studio and have to get turned away to due to capacity having been reached. That would bum you out.
Vega Dance+Lab uses a software called MindBody. If you don't already have a Vega Dance+lab account click the link below.
After you set yourself up with a Mindbody login, you can also use the existing Vega Dance Lab website to book yourself into class. Vegadancelab.com will have the classes that are open for booking under the schedule section. It will only show a few days at a time, so for class booking further out, use the MindBody app. Bookmark the website for quick access.
Click on the “reserve” button associated with the class you wish to take to reserve your spot, or get put on a waitlist. If someone cancels their attendance within the time frame allowed (you can change your mind up to two hours before class starts), that spot will go to the next person on the waitlist, and so on.
You will have up to two hours before the designated time frame to cancel your reservation if plans change.
Auto-Pay Members: If you suspended your monthly payments, you may still book a spot in class.This does not automatically unsuspend your account. We will take care of that when you check in at the front desk and get you set back up again.
If you change your mind and don’t come to class without canceling yourself out, you may have taken a coveted spot that someone else wanted. Therefore, your package will still be deducted for that class. You will have up until two hours before class start time to “Early Cancel” yourself out of class, and then the next person on the waitlist will be notified that a spot is open.
Package holders: Each student has one freebie no-show to a class, and after that, class will be deducted from your package for any future no-shows.
Unlimited and Auto-Pay members: you will get one freebie no-show per quarter, and after that, your account will be charged $10 for each no-show.
